Zomato - Order was not delivered but was reported as delivered by Zomato

I had placed order for food from kebab junction. And the order was delivered. Only then i realised that I had placed order for a wrong food item. Then i again placed an order around **.** pm. Even after ** minutes my order was not delivered. I checked the status and was shocked to know that the order was reported as delivered. I immediately initited a chat with one of the Zomato executives and he checked for the details. He told me that the delivery partner tried to contact me, but my mobile was not reachable, so he took the order back. I requested for a refund to which I was given an email ID. I immediately mailed my issue but till date i haven't received either refund or a proper reply.
