I placed an order in zomato (Mojo pizza) on *th April. My order wasn’t delivered and when i called the restaurant they said my order id was wrong. They didn’t deliver my parcel and when i complained to zomato, since the past * days they have only been sending me automated responses and no solution. I haven’t received my refund yet. They scammed me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
