Lenskart - Order places in lenskart showing the order but no response

Orders two pairs of glasses on *th Oct. it was showing that it will get delivered by **th, but it didn't get delivered. So I called their customer care, they said there is no order as such, after discussing for a few moments the executive confirmed that is there is an order and there might be some technical issue, she will get back to me within **hrs to ** hrs, I didn't receive any call, so I called again, another executive again said the same thing that there is no order, and he asked me the bank transaction details, I also provide that by email, still there is no response. As glasses is a necessary thing or me, so I am really fade up with their services, please look after the matter.
