Amazon Transportation has failed to deliver the product claiming that it is damage for two consecutive times. Despite contacting amazon with their assurance that I will be receiving a replacement, the same happened and delivery failed. Amazon customer care then informs that they are unable to contact the transport agent as there is no possibility of contacting them. They have cost damages through empty promises and lack efficiency. Amazon India needs to be held accountable for their promises as otherwise seen as fraudulent.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
