Hi team
I have placed an order yesterday and I have not received the payment refund for the order however I have raised the issue with the customer service team and I was assured a refund of the amount of the order with in two hours but I have had a check on the wallet as well as my statement but don't see any amount credited to my account
I would like to know the reason for the delay and also would like to raise a complaint regarding the issue
If I have not received the refund amount and also any update from the team I will have to raise a complaint against swiggy and it's delivery partner
