Dilip Kumar filed complaint against Airtel on Sep 10, 2018
I ordered a Note * on **th Aug and since then have been waiting for its delivery. I spoke to the *** team, nodal office representatives, appellate authority office representatives for the past ** days now and the only answer that I get is “Sir, please give us **-**hrs to provide an update”.
The funny part is that the update that I get in **-**hrs is that they need more time to provide an update.
So practically I don’t even know when the phone will be delivered because these people are not able to track it or, provide me an update. When I asked to cancel and refund they say they cannot do it. When I ask them what is it that I am expected to do, they say “You will have to wait sir”. The question is “Wait for how long”. Nobody has an answer to that as well. The least that a customer support officer can do is provide a resolution which is the thing that is missing with all of them.
And I am stuck at a point where I am charged for the Phone and it is not delivered. On top of that I don't even know when it will be delivered because nobody is ready to commit anything.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
