Placed an order on **th May **** for three products. Only two orders were delivered. Status shows that it's getting delayed. When I placed the order and it got delayed and spoke with them they were saying they are investigating and told me to wait another week because of the current pandemic situation. Till **thjune **** it says it's delayed. Later they changed the status to delivered after **rd and they say that timeline crossed we can't investigate further.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
