Suman filed complaint against Swiggy on Aug 12, 2018
Since I had guest at my house I had ordered food from Swiggy.I had made the payment and was waiting for the delivery of the order. Since my order was being delayed I tried calling the delivery guy but he didn't answer.Finally after several calls and after *:** hrs he picked the call and asked me to cancel the order. When I called their customer support they too asked me to cancel the order. Since it was the fault of Swiggy as they didn't informed me about the cancelling of order I asked them to refund the amount immediately but they refused and said it will be done within * days.
