Sukhendu Reddy filed complaint against Swiggy on May 11, 2019
Food was ordered at *.** pm. I received a call from the delivery guy Gaurav Gupta saying he will not be able to deliver the food. On asking why he said the system is down and the restaurant owner is not giving the food which is to be delivered. I asked him for an option he said to cancel the order for which I was charged ** Rs. I called the swiggy consumer care and there was no response.
I called the hotel and I got the answer the food is ready to be delivered but the delivery guy has not arrived yet. I called him again seemed like he was with his friends told me that he called the head office and now they will look into the matter.
There is nothing I can do here and this is a complete waste of time. I have added an extra amount of *** which is Swiggy super that I registered for today and this was the first free delivery. I need the complete refund of the same and compensation for the behaviour I had to face and the time wasted for the same. Please look into the same. Thanks in Advance. Looking forward to the earliest response.
