I had ordered * Tea & * Egg roll on Zomato from ChaiPoint hotel. I was promised ** minutes of time to deliver food to my doorstep. It has been more than * hour the food is not even being prepared. When I ask zomato to cancel the order, they are charging **% of the order price, Just for making me wait for * hour & not giving even a grain of the food. This kind of false promises to gain extra orders should consitute as fraud & should be punishable. Additionally, I have no access to any support on zomato, & I only have the chatbot zia, which is wasting my money by deducting **%.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
