Placed order of specs *+ * at Lenskart outlet in Nashik on ** Dec. Ask them to deliver it at my home town Dhule. Store later on cancelled and again placed my order due to technical issue on ** Dec and promised me to deliver the order at Dhule(telephonic conversation). Till today I did not received my specs. On toll free no. I came to know that my order was delivered to store at Nashik on * Jan. I am still awaiting it at Dhule from Nashik store. Complaint was raised and got promise to resolve it in ** hours. But nothing happened.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
