I had ordered one Greenchef Castle Stainless Steel Manual Gas Stove whose order Id is OD******************. From my flipkart account no-********** on **th May ****. Initially its delivery date was showing *th of June ****. By *th when it did not delivered i checked its delivery status on my Flipkart App. Surprisingly it was showing delivered on *rd June only. And I have got no calls no OTP before delivery. Citing this I raised complain with Flipkart support team on *th June. They assured of resolving this issue by **th June. On **th June one of Flipkart team member called and asked for few more days i.e by **th June. After so much of waiting I already was asking to cancel and refund the payment made. they insisted for more time by Monday i.e **th June. **th June also passed but no resolution has been done neither Ordered item has been delivered nor my money is being refunded. Which they had promised if they failed to resolve it by **th June ****. And they have stopped responding to my calls even. I raised this Issue on Twitter citing no response from their support team. Then Social media team called on **th and asked for another ** hrs for the resolution. When no progress was made I called them again on **th June then they assured they will resolve by **th June. On **th June morning one of their social media team called and again asked for another **hrs. When I confronted her that I want refund she behaved arrogantly and cut the phone.
