Hi, I have made an order on swiggy on **-**-**** at *:**pm for a milkshake worth Rs ** from a renowned restaurant in my city(Vizag). Within ** minutes I get a message on my phone saying that the delivery executive is unable to contact you so please call him. Soon as I see this I call him but his phone was busy for about ** minutes. ** mins after the order the executive calls me and tells that the the restaurant has not received the order yet so I am waiting at the restaurant , but meanwhile the status in my phone was that the order was picked from the restaurant and the executive is at your doorstep. I then call up the customer service of swiggy after waiting for an hour and tell them the issue and ask them for help.
After putting me on hold for about ** minutes the executive asks me to cancel the order and order again and simply disconnects the call.
I called them back again and asked them to transfer the call to their senior executives/manager but they denied saying that all of them are busy and wel make sure you get a call back within ** mins which they didn’t .
As this is my first order on swiggy and has been a very bad experience with the order and their customer support I am very much disappointed and I request public to kindly delete their apps from your phone and please do not encourage such companies who do not care about their customers concern.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
