I had orderd cake from https://cakesportal.com/ on *th Dec'**. It was not delivered on time and post follow up they ask for extra delivery charges, hence I cancelled the ordered.
They cancelled the order and mentioned that amount will be refunded within * working days but i haven't recieved the money yet. i have send them multiple reminders and now they are not responding back.
