I ordered FOOD from New Pizza King, Agra, Order Id: ************, Food was NOT DELIVERED and marked delivered. Delivery boy said himself "WRONG NUMBER, DON'T CALL AGAIN". Swiggy chat support investigated the issue themself, and found the same, but Swiggy support did not help at all, and morever they asked me to email my complaint to their email, which I did. It is clear case of CHEATING and FRAUDULENT Activity, on the part of the SWIGGY Delivery Team. But the Email Customer service did not respond, it's almost been a day now.
