Zomato Order no **********. I ordered my food. The order was worth Rs. ***. I called the guy at *:**. According to the map he was standing outside. I said that I am coming outside please wait. When I came back I saw him going on his bike. I even called him and he didn't stop. I looked at the app he had already cancelled the order. He told me he is outside and I can take my order. He cut my phone cancelled the order and ran away. He also blocked my number after which I talked to the support about it. They told me I can pick up my order from the restaurant my self and that they have informed about it to the restaurant. They misinformed me about it. I went to the restaurant myself and there I was told that my order is cancelled and the only Zomato can do anything about it or refund the money. There I got the information that the restaurant doesn't get the food back probably the reason he felt cancelling the order and running away was a good idea.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
