Subject: Order Not Delivered, No Response from Delivery Boy or Customer Support
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Swiggy, an online food delivery platform, for their failure to deliver my prepaid order, unresponsiveness of the delivery personnel, and inadequate customer support.
On [* may ****], I placed an order (Order ID: [***************]) through Swiggy’s mobile application for food worth INR [***]. The payment was made in advance via [Paytm UPI]. Still the order was not delivered.
I made multiple attempts to contact the assigned delivery boy, but he did not answer my calls or provide any updates. Frustrated, I reached out to Swiggy’s customer support through their app and helpline number. However, the support team failed to provide any resolution, and my calls were disconnected multiple times without addressing my concern. This lack of accountability and poor service has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss.
I request the Consumer Forum to investigate this matter and direct Swiggy to:
*. Refund the full amount of INR [***] for the undelivered order.
*. Compensate for the mental harassment and inconvenience caused due to their negligence.
*. Take appropriate action against Swiggy for their unprofessional conduct and failure to resolve customer grievances.
I have attached the following documents for your reference:
- Screenshot of the order confirmation and payment receipt.
- Call logs showing attempts to contact the delivery boy and customer support.
- Any relevant communication with Swiggy (if applicable).
I trust the Consumer Forum will address this issue promptly and ensure justice is served. Please keep me informed about the progress of this complaint.
