Croma - Order Not Delivered No Resolution Despite Repeated Followups Cancellation and refund Not Processed

I placed an order with Croma for the above-mentioned product. Immediately after payment, a waybill/tracking number was generated, making the order ineligible for cancellation through normal channels.

However, despite generating the waybill, the product has not been shipped or delivered within a reasonable time. This indicates a deliberate practice of marking orders as “shipped” to block cancellation requests, while failing to actually dispatch the product.

I have contacted customer support multiple times, but I have only received repetitive responses stating that a “service ticket has been raised,” with no resolution or accountability. Meanwhile, my money remains blocked with no product delivered.

This conduct amounts to a clear unfair trade practice and deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, ****, as the company is:

Misrepresenting shipment status

Denying the customer’s right to cancel

Unreasonably withholding refund without delivering the product
