I placed an order on **th June to Pro-polish and got confirmation for the same. The order was successfully shipped to the shipping company (Xpressbees) for the delivery. As per the shipping company the delivery to me (customer) should have been on **th June. I keep waiting whole day but don't receive any call or a door bell and in the evening get a message from the shipping company that the order was rejected as the Consignee refused to take in. Right then called the shipping company and was told usually delivery boys fake things this way and they would file a compliant against the delivery boy and also confirmed re-delivery of the order the next business day. I called the next morning again to make sure the order would be delivered to me and was promised for the same. But again it was never delivered. Since then have been calling, sending emails for the delivery but it's not been delivered till now (**th June). I'm just given fake promises that it would be delivered everyday and told we'l take this on high priority which is not. This is really annoying. Today I get a message the delivery failed because the address was incomplete. The delivery boy again never contacted then how does he know the address is incomplete or they should have called and asked for the complete address. This is one of the most horrible and untrustworthy shipping company I have ever interacted with.
