Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Beauty and personal Care
The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered on June *rd ****.. Waited and contacted multiple times to know that Mamaearth had poorly packed items and courier team did returned back to seller.. Again after multiple emails, calls, they initiated a Re shipment ***********-CR on June **nd **** and did not delivery it still.. I have sent multiple mails, and no proper response
It occurred on: */**/****
Either send my order by reshipmemt or fresh order with same offer I had when I placed my original order.
Or share me a working coupon code and I shall place order again
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
