On **-Dec-****, I ordered food through Swiggy from a local restaurant.
Once the order was picked up from the restaurant it was immediately marked as delivered in the application, even though I did not receive it.
I was confused and called the delivery executive multiple times but he did not answer the call at that time.
So then I called the Swiggy support team and the support personnel tried to call the delivery person, but he didn't pick up that call either. Then the support staff started telling me that I needed to drop mail to Swiggy's internal support team(email-support@swiggy.in) at **:** PM, when I was still anticipating my order on a hungry stomach. I repeatedly asked him to call the delivery guy and get the order delivered as I didn't want any refund, I just wanted my order delivered, but he refused to do so. Hence, I asked him to connect me to his supervisor, and after some initial refusal to do so he finally agreed to transfer my call to his supervisor then he put my call on hold for more than ** minutes and did not connect me with anyone, and I had no way of sharing my peril. I tried their built-in chat support and they started telling me to drop a mail and immediately closed my support ticket, even after I told them not to close my ticket and this repeated multiple times.
In the meanwhile I tried calling the delivery person multiple times, Initially, he did not pick up the call and finally, when he picked up the call he told me that he had the order with him, but he refused to deliver it. I had conveyed the same thing to Swiggy support but they're refusing to take any action.
After continuously calling the delivery person he told me that he'll reimburse me for the order, which he did not do and then he dropped the call
I did drop a mail to their support ID(email-support@swiggy.in) regarding this incident
but they're refusing to take any action, and I have no access to their internal system to prove that they've done some mishap here.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
