On October *nd **** placed an order over Jio Mart app for groceries and on Oct *th **** it was shown as order was delivered on *th of October which it was suppose to deliver by *th Oct **. When I register the complain over phone on *th Oct **. They said it will be resolved in ** hours but it didn't. I even sent a mail for which they send a reply issue is resolved and complaint is closed without reaching me out.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
