Vikram kapoor filed complaint against Swiggy on Jun 1, 2025
This is regarding my order id *************** which is not yet received at my mentioned address however delivery partner Prashant Dwivedi has refused to delivery location and mentioned the status as delivered in the app.
He was around *** meters away from the Swiggy delivery location. He was away from delivery location and refused to reach to the mentioned one. He was very rude and adamant. His talking behaviour was inappropriate.
Later three customer care executive name already in the chat section were not able to support. I sent an email to Swiggy email id. Swiggy has denied for the refund.
Total amount of food was Rs *** however due to mental harrasment I am claiming Rs ****
I need the complete investigation on this case and full refund with compensation for the delay.
