Myntra - Order not delivered and wrong product delivered

Dear Sir I ordered total * items from myntra in EORS. delivery arrived early but I was unable to receive. So, I asked to reschedule but they cancel my orders and deliver wrong product. I asked to your support team for help but they are sorrying and saying that I have to place a fresh order; dont they know about offers and saving. Neither they understand customers felling nor the value. My order no is *******-*******-******* I hope this matter will be resolved quickly.
