I ordered "DROOLS Chicken and Egg ADULT Dog Food Egg, Chicken from Flipkart on **th of August and my expected delivery date mentioned as **th of August but again I got a message that due to logistic issue I'll get my product between **th August to **th of August then I got out for delivery message on **th of August but when I approached to receive my product from a delivery agent they told me that they didn't bring my product and on that evening I got a text message from Delhivery that my order has been marked for cancellation kindly provide this OTP to the executive. I faced problems many times from the Delhivery courier service. Once they asked me for extra money to deliver my product.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
