Hello.
I have ordered some sweet from kozy sweets but the delivery boy have not delivered the order yet. And without asking me he have cancelled the order.
My order returned back to the sweet center. He was calling me but by mistake I have not received the call . Soon I called him. But he replied that you want your order or not . From so many times I am standing here. We asked him where is is standing, we also told him that he is standing at wrong location.please come forward . He told that he will not come . If you want your order you have to come here and take the order by self. How can he tell like that. He was arguing with me.
Showing his frustration on us. Telling why you order online. Who is he to tell like that or guide us. He cancelled my order. I have for amount of Rs ***.
I want refund of my order. Kindly refund my amount.
I need solution for my problems..I am facing from mentally harshment.
