I purchased * eyeglasses from Lenskart, Himayathnagar, Hyderabad, promised delivery date was * weeks, till today (**-**-****) I have not received my glasses in-spite of several reminders, I work in Oman, I had to purchase glasses in Oman which is twice the cost, I want to raise this issue and make other Indians aware of the pathetic service of Lenskart.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
