Zomato - Order not confirmed but money got deducted

I placed the order for Dominos pizzas through Zomato. After paying the amount through Gpay, the amount got deducted but the order failed to confirm. I contacted their customer support team through their app chat service and was assured that the amount would be refunded within *-* working days. I waited for few days and contacted them again, just to receive the same reply. I wrote an email to their support team and they asked me to contact my bank. As suggested I spoke with my bank and they provided me with the details advising a successful transaction to Zomato's account. They also advised me to ask Zomato to provide the bank statement from the default date. I wrote back to the same customer support agent who tells me that he has crosschecked and is very sure that the amount is not received in the company's account. He kept telling me the same thing over a few exchange of emails. If he is so sure why not share the requested details. The customer support is absolutely useless and inefficient. After reading all these online reviews, I have made a big mistake by placing an order with Zomato who only knows how to dupe money from customers.
