Apple - Order Not Being Cancelled

I placed a Prepaid Order of Airpods Pro *nd Generation on **th Jan ****. On **th Jan ****, the Delivery guy called but there was no response from my side, I cancelled the Order on Jiomart App which did not get cancel, then on **th Jan ****, i again received a Call from the same Courier Guy, to which I refused the delivery and asked him to cancel the order and process the refund, but the same is not getting cancelled till now due to a glitch which even Customer Care is not able to sort out. And till the time, it wont get sort out, I am unable to file the refund.
Request to highlight this Case and refund the Amount.
