Amazon order no ***-*******-******* placed on **nd Oct **** for delivery on *rd Oct ****. The item showing delivered on *rd Oct at ****. At **** I enquired with the security who said no delivery has taken place. I live in a * floor * flat building with security and NO delivery was made on *rd Oct at ****. I have has numerous emails with customer service but they are not resolving the issue other than asking for more time.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
