Tata Cliq - Order No incomplete and different product delivered and lately delivered from estimated time

Order No ********* was done on dated **-*-**** VU ** inch television and it was supposed to deliver on ** -*-****. but it was delivered on **-*-**** LATE from estimation. In the incomplete box there is remote ,warranty card etc missing. the same was communicated to tata cliq customer care. the executive told me complaint was resolved by VU itself. Then I Contacted VU ,executive of VU simply told that there is no fault of VU please contact TATA CLIQ. Without warranty card there is no policy to provide warranty on product. Immediate replacement required but TATA CLIQ is refusing
