On *st April **** my order from Zomato was missing an item and I took it to customer support immediately and they asked me to try to reach out to them after awhile and when I tried to reach out to them after awhile the automated message said, it had been a while since I placed the order so next I write to them describing my problem and they said they are not going to give me a refund nor give me a discount on my next order and they are going to consider my reach to them as a feedback now tell me how fair is this why would I lose not just ***rupess but also the food to give them a feedback of their poor performance and for their poor service. Now tell me what is the point of their service if they can’t even provide solutions to a simple issue?
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
