I have ordered Bata Chappals using the credit note and discount coupon equivalent to the amount of the order. However Bata company is not fulfilling the order for many days now and when called customer care multiple they are making false promises that it will be resolved by end of day. I would advise to think twice before making any online purchase in Bata as it is cheating its customers flawlessly.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
