As you are my last hope to return the item because the CS management denied my request and closed the ticket, I am sending this email. I hope I've been a privilege customer of the TataCLiQ for the last * years and have bought many big products from the TataCLiQ.

Could you please accept my sincere apologies and check with seller and arrange a return for the same item again to hand over the correct product to the Tata Cliq? Could you please help me to save money by returning the product again?

I have received the product back and confirmed the product got mismatched, and it's totally our mistake because I'm out of town.
We ordered multiple watches of Tommy Hilfiger from different e-commerce sites for my marriage.
Because I was out of town, my family members took care of receiving and returning the products. As they were old people, confused about the products when I guided them in over the phone in the middle of my work pressures, they raised unmatched concerns to return the products for all the e-commerce sites and were confused given the mismatched products to the courier guys. We had a discussion with the other site courier partner and got the correct watch back to us, which I ordered from the Tata Cliq.
I am really sorry for the inconvenience created from my end, and I am feeling regret that I wasted the time of Tata Cliq.
Could you please accept my sincere apologies and arrange a return for the same item again to hand over the correct product to the Tata Cliq? because, as I bought the items from offline stores in the meantime for my marriage and no longer required this product. Could you please help me save money by returning the product again?
