Zomato - order got cancelled neither i got my money nor order

I placed an order from hitech bawarchi hotel at **:** worth *** rupees and I noticed that the address is not selected by automatic selection from zomato , So within a * min I canceled an order. so that i can place the other order. i checked with zomato chat team regarding the refund of my canceled food. they are denied to refund my order. neither I received food, not my amount. I am really disappointed. So I uninstall the zomato application. and i am not gonna use this application forever. There is no customer satisfaction policy in this company. Because of this incident, my office colleague are placing a fake order of COD and when the delivery comes to the place they are denied to receive the order. please don't play with the customer if we started to play with you it will damage to your business and reputation. Please provide me a resolution.
