Zomato - Order got cancelled and did not get the refund

I placed an Order ********** with Zomato. The valet went to a School and despite repeatedly telling me to come to "**th Cross", he never came and Zomato canceled the order stating it is a wrong address. Funnily, Zomato had delivered to this exact address in the morning and it was spilled food!

Now, they are neither refunding nor delivering the order.
