V A S Durgaprasad filed complaint against Myntra on Jul 11, 2019
I had placed an order ** days ago and it's not delivered yet . Order placed on June **nd and you(myntra) promised to deliver it by July *. The status of shipment showing it is shipped but actually its status is unknown to anybody i.e., unknown to Myntra and also to courier partner Ecom express .
Ecom says that the seller didn't handed over the shipment to them. Myntra says the product is shipped. Additionally Myntra customer care executives told me they can do nothing but saying the status is shipped please wait for ** hours.
On *th July , I placed a complaint on Myntra helpline and they said that they will solve the problem and contact me within ** hours via mail.
Again I waited for ** hours and get no response. Again I contacted customer helpline and they said to wait another ** hours.
I do waited for ** hours and called them and again I get a reply to wait another ** hours.
I got irritated and then I decided to cancel the order and searched for cancellation options all over the Myntra app and I didn't find it . I called them and asked to cancel the order , but they said the one and only way to cancel the product is to reject the product at your doorstep. The status of the product is unknown to anyone, then how can I reject it at my doorstep.
This is the way Myntra irritated me . It's my first experience with Myntra and may be the last.
