I placed an order of icecream firstly order came late when i called restaurant and delivery boy they talk in abusive language to a lady and when i received my order it was like horrible all icecream spoiled without proper packed thrown in bag like waste i paid ** rs from wallet paytm when i asked agent to refund he refused and talk mannerless to an employee of zomato look into this matter and refund me my amount in paytm and escalated this case i dont want to see that employee agent named alok in company
