PayTM - Order could not be cancelled and when it reached Paytm is rejecting the return

I cancelled the order on *th June of two dresses. It showed that the order was cancelled and refund request was initiated. Next day I received the delivery of product and when I checked 'my orders', there was no track of cancellation. Maybe some problem with Paytm software during that time. Later, I requested a return because on dress was mentioned as Cotton-material and it turned out to be synthetic (which I am allergic to) and the neck line of second dress is too deep (which can't be worn) also the color in picture was white and I received a grey colored dress. Both the orders are of approx. **** value. The false description by seller is not my fault. Paytm has rejected my return stating that too many orders were returned. In this regard, it may please be noted that I was never notified that after this many numbers of cancellations, the return could be rejected. Either Paytm should have informed me prior to ordering the product or they should have maintained their ** days return policy and accepted the return. I am tired of this. Please help.
