Zomato - Order confirmed by restaurant and then cancelled when I called

I ordered food from Zomato because I have a meeting at my office with my clients. It was very important to me. My order was confirmed by the restaurant. Then I waited for an hour. I called my valley who appointed for my delivery by Zomato, he told me that the restaurant machine is not working that why they are not delivering your order. That was a very awkward moment for me in front of my clients. I know they will not tie-up with us and it's a very huge loss for me. I'll not forgive these Zomato people. At least they have informed me early about this. Kindly find the attached copy of my bill and confirmation.
