Suraj balmiki filed complaint against Amazon India on Sep 28, 2017
My order for Red mi note * was actually to be delivered on **/**/**** but I delayed the order to be delivered on **/**/**** through Amazon chat support services and it was confirmed that delivery has been rescheduled on **/**/****. Later on delivery was attempted twice on following days i.e ** and **/**/****. I called Amazon customer service over the phone and raised the issue with one of the seniors named Deepak.S he assured me that he has rescheduled the delivery for **/**/**** and sent me a confirmation email which has been attached as a evidence. But later on delivery was attempted again on **/**/**** and order was cancelled as * delivery attempts were made and as per Amazon policy order gets cancelled after * delivery attempts. This is a clear fraud and showcase of how Amazon cheats all the consumers around the world. Please do jot purchase anything from Amazon
