PayTM - Order cancelled without notice and customer support lied

I ordered Macbook Air for **rs on **th March ****.
After the order was completed the payTM cancelled the order without my notice.
When I tried to reach then on facebook at that time the customer support lied to me by saying that the order was cancelled by my side.
When I refused there claim and checked my mail then I found a mail from paytm saying that order was cancelled from there side.
But after I told then to again place my order then they refused to do do and said that it was a technical error.
