I have placed order for asus zenfone with exchange in flipkart, dated **th august ****. it has to be delivered on **th august ****. at the time of delivery the delivery agent did not accept the exchange and said he will cancel the order so i have registered the complaint with flipkart regarding the issue. they accepted not to cancel the order and said to resolve by **th august ****.
I got a message on **th august as its taking longer to resolve the issue and requested to provide time until **th august *:** pm by flipkart.
on **th august **** at *:** am have received order cancellation summary.
I have contacted flipkart regarding this, they keep on saying its from courier partner and the seller without their knowledge they cannot help me and asked me to place new order with higher amount.
i could see the order details with the status that it has been cancelled as per my request but i haven't requested
