As there was an offer going on for ICICI card holders in Flipkart I have decided to buy a Samsung refrigerator.I have ordered and the delivery executive made an attempt to deliver the product today ie **-**-****. While he was carrying the product to my house I found a small damage in the refrigerator and the executive also acknowledged the same. He told me he will raise a replacement order and I will receive the product in *days. I agreed and he has taken the product back. But to my surprise after an hour the order got auto cancelled without my consent and amount has been refunded back. Though the money has been refunded I won't be able to place the order again as there are no ongoing offers in Flipkart. As per the replacement policy of Flipkart a customer is eligible to get a replacement if the item is damaged but here it has been auto cancelled without my consent. I have raised the concern with Flipkart customer care team they just asked me to buy the product whenever there is an offer.I must say the customer service is pathetic. They should have placed a replacement order and the problem can be solved easily.
