Croma - Order Cancelled Without Approval Facing Unjust Price Increase of

I had ordered the Realme GT* from the Croma website at the displayed price of ₹**,***. After placing the order, I contacted the Croma team to request a change in the delivery address. However, instead of processing the address change, my order was cancelled without my knowledge or consent.

At no point was I informed or contacted regarding this cancellation, nor was any confirmation taken from my side. This action was taken entirely without my approval.

To make matters worse, I was later asked to reorder the same phone, but now the price has increased to ₹**,***—₹**,*** more than my original order. This is completely unfair and unjustified, as the original cancellation was not initiated or approved by me.

Additionally, I made a request to allow pickup of the item from blue dart warehouse, if possible. The item could have been delivered to the original address, which is already on record and has received previous deliveries from Croma without issue.
