I order a pair of sneakers from amazon and planned to wear it on my birthday. The delivery was already delayed by one day, and I contacted the delivery boy twice to ensure the delivery, yet he did not pick up my call. The next day, the order was randomly cancelled unilaterally by amazon without my knowledge. When I filed a complaint with amazon, they assured me that they will deliver the order the next day. But they did not follow up on the assurance and I did not receive the order. Because of this I now have to pay extra for the same sneakers as the discount available earlier is gone and I also wouldn't be able to wear new sneakers on my birthday. It has been a complete waste of my time and energy.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
