Cakesportal - Order cancelled not refunded Frauding money by asking customers to install AnyDesk app

On **April****, I ordered a cake Order #***** - cost Rs.*** paid via paytm. I have written more than ** mails, no response to mail and to facebook messages. Finally, I found a number and connected. The person on the phone told me that the payment is not going through Paytm and asked me to install AnyDesk Remote App and asked me to give the number that is displaced for remote connection. I was bit suspicious and did not give. I understand that fraudsters use these app. I clicked on Paytm and immediately, I have an alert saying that AnyDesk Remote App is installed on my mobile and it requested to delete it. Really not trustworthy site. Please do not order. There is some scam involved.
