But refund of Rs ***(after bank discount and your coupon) for kurti i have cancelled mentioned in trail mail is not processed by your team. They told me over the call that amount is not processed because you have paid less amount lf Rs ***/- and you cant apply * coupns at same time....it is an technical issue


What the hell is this?????i have applied one coupon and other is bank discount and i am asking the refund amount, which i have paid of Rs *** after deducting both discount not Rs ***(without bank discount)...they are repeatedly saying it an technical issue.......


first of all that is not an techinal issue..which your team is saying....please stop saying these nonsense things to customer...


Secondly in your app everytime there is * options of discount...one is by using coupon code... other discount on payment options.....why are neglecting these things...

This is not my fault....if you are showing * offers at one time...why i have to bear for this???? I have ordered products...after seeing discounts..but you people making fool


I have complained these about * times but no solution till now...


Please refund my amount immediately.. of Rs ***....otherwise please return my all other products including in these orders.(some products are tagged and some are untagged)...and refund my actual amount of Rs **** less already. Refunded amount...

I am also...facing issue with some another other.Kindly refer attached image...i have ordered do bhai pumps orderid no FL**********...but i have really disappointed after seeing the product which i have recived...this is totally different product...

I have applied exchange for the same....after applying exchange...your team told that...your order cant exchange because its different product....they told kindly refuse the exchange om door step.and then apply for return....now its more than** days...no resolution on this..i cant return and exchange the product....how much time i have to wait.....that not my faultt....why you are providing these kind of services.....we are placing online order for ease...that os totally opposite.....i cant wear the product i have received..pleas immediately provide me actual product...id nt know how....you know very well
