I have ordered Kent ACE Ro water purifier form Flipkart in so called big billion day, after * days I got an sms that your product is shipped but suddenly at morning when I checked the status of delivery that the order was shown as cancelled . So I called to customer care but they said that from sellers end order was cancelled and they will not help on it.
Very pathetic service by Flipkart. They have initiated by refund bit it will take another * days to reflect. They are using my money for at-least ** days not giving me any interest on that so this the way Flipkart is looting the people.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
