Cakesportal - Order cancelled at last moment

Order ID ***** placed by around **.** am on **st July **** for same day delivery. Have made a payment of INR ***. Received email from cakesportal by around * pm on **st July telling they have cancelled order due to shortage of services and they would initiate refund in * working days. I haven't received any communication until now regarding refund. Contacted them through email and Twitter but no response.
